- Create derivative versions of the Application.

The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as effective and user-friendly as possible. To that end, we reserve the right to modify the Application or its services, or to introduce charges for some or all features, at any time. If any fees are introduced, you will be clearly notified beforehand.3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:- Securing your device and maintaining access to the Application.
- Avoiding any device modifications such as rooting or jailbreaking, which may compromise security and affect the Application’s performance.

The Application incorporates services from third-party providers, each of which has its own Terms and Conditions. These include:- Google Play Services

- Firebase Crashlytics
6. Internet & Network Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for any limitations in functionality due to:- Poor or no internet connectivity.
- Mobile data limitations or exhaustion.
- Charges incurred from your mobile service provider, including roaming fees.
7. Device & Battery Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is sufficiently charged and functioning while using the Application. The Service Provider will not be liable for any failure to access the Application due to device-related issues.8. Content Accuracy and Availability
While the Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Application content is accurate and up-to-date, we may rely on third-party sources. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of all data provided. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on information within the Application.9. Updates and Compatibility
The Application is designed for current operating system versions. As system requirements evolve, you may be required to install updates to continue using the Application. Although we strive to keep the Application compatible and relevant, we cannot guarantee ongoing support for all device models or OS versions. You agree to accept updates when made available.10. Termination of Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. In such a case:- Your rights to use the Application will end.
- You must uninstall or delete the Application from your device.
